A name or location entered in a search box passes to the third-party provider operating that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. Messages sent by email or a contact form are retained as needed to answer and are not shared outside the organization unless law requires it.

Subject to applicable law, a person may ask for a copy of held data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. Idaho public records held by government offices are governed separately by Title 74, Chapter 1.
